Lawyers and advocates of the Law Firm Jurimex implemented a large-scale project on the remedy of Ukraine's largest state operator "MSL" at struggle with the illegal actions of some law enforcement officials. Since December 2014, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has begun an active "liquidation" program of illegal gambling industry in Ukraine, which was unreasonably used in some regions of the state against the state lottery operators that conduct legal activities on issue and conducting lotteries throughout Ukraine.

Thanks to the strategy of remedy of the operator, developed by Jurimex, a clear legal position and its prosecution at all stages of judicial and law-enforcement system, victory in more than 250 court cases within two months, it became possible to stop illegal actions of some corrupt officials against the state lottery operator and to bring them to justice. As a result the operator resumed work in all regions, exempted equipment was returned and a range of criminal investigations against illegal actions of law enforcement officers was opened, as well as a number of court cases against officials of law-enforcement authorities was instituted, and a victory was gained in these cases.

Jurimex professionals created a decisional court practice concerning the legality of activity of the lottery operator and its distributors in the field of conducting lotteries on grounds of the license, validity of which ended in February 2014, but that are eligible to continue their economic activities in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Lotteries" until normative acts, that regulate the procedure of acquisition of new licenses by lottery operators, come into force.
