With the assistance of Jurimex, UAH 59.8 million, which in December 2015 were used for the construction of the new building of "Okhmatdyt" Children's Hospital for the purposes other than intended, were returned to the state budget.

In February, 2016 the account with the funds was seized, and in August the State Audit Office confirmed the inappropriate use of these funds within the framework of the audit initiated by the Security Service of Ukraine. The lawyers of Jurimex, Maryna Slobodnichenko, Yaroslav Tolkachov, Nina Kucheruk, Maryna Haponiuk, together with the Board of Trustees of NCSH “Okhmatdyt”, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine returned funds to state budget. 

Ministry of Health of Ukraine will use the funds for the procurement of pharmaceuticals for cancer patients.

According to the Security Service of Ukraine, criminal proceedings have been initiated against the officials involved in the misuse of funds allocated for the construction of "Okhmatdyt".
