Оn September 28, the Conference on Austrian and Ukrainian administrative justice: comparative aspects is held in Kyiv.

In this event 30 Austrian judges, representatives of one of the oldest European administrative justice, exchanged the experience with Ukrainian counterparts.

Jurimex Honorary President, president of Association of Tax Advisors, Danylo Oleksandrovych Getmantsev was invited to take part in a discussion with European colleagues on the system of judicial control over administrative acts with emphasis on the procedural aspects of administrative legal proceedings, which was presented within the framework of the conference of Mykhailo Smokovych, acting as Head of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.

After the Conference, the Memorandum of Understanding between Austrian Association of Administrative Judges and Ukrainian Association of Administrative Judges should be signed.
