Jurimex law firm has successfully defended the rights of the great Ukrainian company of the financial sector through the court regarding the cancellation of court rulings on fines imposed in a significant amount for labor legislation violation. From the point of view of the regulatory body of the State Labor Service, formed during the control measure performance, the client violated the requirements of the current legislation regarding the workers’ right to work without an employment agreement.

It was proved that there were no violations of the current legislation in the actions of the client, the penalty was canceled and the funds paid to the client’s account for the opening of the introduction in the court case were returned to the client’s accounts.
