The case at the suit of the organization of collective administration "UACRR" to the company "DC Ukraine" (chain stores Watsons) of copyright infringement.

UACRR filed a claim in court to collect compensation from Watsons for copyright infringement to the benefit of the author – a non-resident of Ukraine.
