Jurimex Litigation and Arbitration practice has defended interests of the National Children’s Specialized Hospital OKHMATDYT of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the labour dispute, initiated by a former employee of the OKHMATDYT, who considered his dismissal to be illegal.

During the case consideration, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv agreed with the arguments of Jurimex and found that OKHMATDYT did not violate the rights of its former employee. Following the case consideration, the court dismissed the claim regarding the cancellation of the Order of Dismissal, reinstatement and the obligation to pay average earnings for the forced absenteeism.
