The subject of the dispute were claims for the protection of consumer rights and compensation of non-pecuniary damage caused by the state lottery operator M.S.L. LLC.

During the proceeding, the lawyers argued that there had been no violation of the claimant's rights, freedoms and interests by the state lotteries operator and, as a consequence, the absence of grounds for the compensation. The court dismissed the claim for the recovery of about UAH 600 000.
