The client held a lease of non-residential premises in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, but on grounds of anti-terrorist operations and uncontrollability of separate locality to the state authorities of Ukraine, the tenant had no objective possibility to use the leased premises.
The landlord, disagreeing with the inability to use the leased premises and the fact of termination of contract, filed a claim in court.
