On February 26, 2016 in Kharkiv Economic Court of Appeal Nina Kucheruk, Head of Litigation at Jurimex Law Firm and leading research associate of the National School of Judges of Ukraine delivered a lecture for the judges of economic courts on "Defining the beginning of limitation period in economic cases involving the prosecutor".

The audience was formed by the judges of local and Economic Courts of Appeal of Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
