Jurimex Law Firm is a partner of IV International Litigation Forum dedicated to the realities and perspectives of judicial reform in Ukraine. The Forum was held in Kiev at the premises of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

During the Forum, representatives of courts of different instances, Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine, academics and lawyers discussed the state and perspectives of judicial reform.

On the first day of the Forum, participants discussed constitutional and procedural aspects of judicial reform; the second day was dedicated to discussion of latest trends in commercial disputes, bankruptcy, and criminal proceedings.

Danylo Getmantsev, Professor, Doctor of Juridical Science, Honorary President of Jurimex Law Firm, Head of Tax Advisors Association, Expert at TaxLink, delivered a lecture on “Current issues of administrative legal proceedings in tax disputes”. Particular attention was paid to disputes related to administration of transport tax and tax on real-estate other than land, and disputes on the amendments to the electronic administration system of value added tax.

Head of Litigation & Arbitration, Attorney Nina Kucheruk also attended International Litigation Forum and delivered a speech about the latest trends in litigation in the cases of rental agreement invalidation.
