The research and practical conference «Agricultural urgencies: land, taxation and agricultural export», devoted to issues of the land legislation, as well as to export of goods to the EU and taxation of agricultural activities, was held on October 28, 2015 in pavilion No.1 of the exhibition center «KyivExpoPlaza». The event was organized by the magazine «Propozyciia» and the law firm Jurimex, the partner of the event was the company «Kyiv International Contract Fair».

During the conference Liubomyr Pytel, the lawyer, explained the relevance of the special use of land resources. Anna Antonenko, the Head of International Trade and Investment practice of the law firm Jurimex, focused on peculiarities of export of goods and spoke about free trade zones, as well as the attributes of development of the trade relations with the EU. Vita Forsiuk, the Head of Tax practice of Jurimex, described the realities and prospects of taxation of agricultural activities, focusing on provisions of the draft law No. 3357 regarding simplified tax system for the agricultural sector, value added tax and tax on distributed profits.

Moreover, the projects  TaxLink and  Bitlex were presented during the conference.

When all reports were delivered, participants had the opportunity to ask questions that had arisen during the conference and to consult professionals of Jurimex.
