The Parliament at the first reading adopted the law drafted by the lawyers of Jurimex Law Firm

On November, 4, the Parliament at the first reading adopted the draft law on the improvement of the public administration system in the field of publishing trade (№3084), which was registered by a group of deputies, Nikolai Knyazhytskyy, Sergei Taruta, Mariia Matios, Vadim Denisenko and Irina Podoliak.

The draft law introduces the restructuring of fundamental, comprehensive reforms of the State and the publishing trade. Nor does the draft law provide for the establishment of politically unbiased State institutions, Ukrainian Book Institute, which would comprise all the issues on the support of publications in the distribution of books in Ukraine and worldwide, but also forms the basis for promotion of reading, development of libraries, and translations of Ukrainian books into other languages.

The law was drafted by the lawyers of Jurimex Law Firm led by the Managing Partner Yurii Kraynyak.
