On 28 of February 2013 the Economic Court of Kyiv passed a resolution under the suit of LLC Travel Professional Group to the International Air Transport Association, represented by the Representative Office of IATA in Ukraine (case No. 910/1620/13) whereby the claims of TPG LLC under the suit were allowed in full. The court recognized the reversal of IATA Ukraine to recover LLC Travel Professional Group funds from the cancelled flights of AeroSvit illegal and obliged to include these funds as an advanced payment in the following payment periods.

Thus on January 10, 2013 IATA Ukraine excluded the airline AeroSvit from BSP system in Ukraine due to its procedure for bankruptcy and demanded the settlements for the previous period all BSP Agent conduct with the airline itself that put such agents at risk to deprive of opportunity to recover funds on returned air tickets.
