Jurimex assisted the client with domain name dispute which was considered by the Arbitration and Mediation Center of WIPO under the rules and procedures, based on Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Thanks to Jurimex support, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of WIPO approved a legality of domain name registration and client use.

It was the first decision of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of WIPO ever, which rejected a suit to the Ukrainian defendand.
