Within the framework of the project Jurimex lawyers’ team provided the company Elzasel B.V with legal advice on realization of an investment agricultural project in Ukraine. In particular, the lawyers provided legal support of land bank construction with the area of 20 000 ha, registered rights to the land plots for construction and exploitation of buildings of administrative, production, commercial purpose, reacquired and registered the rights to real estate objects, conducted legal audit of a range of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises while its taking over by the client.
