Jurimex law firm represented the interests of the client (the regional electricity supplier) in a court proceeding opened for the purpose of bankruptcy of the client.
During the work on this project Jurimex lawyers exercised control over the legality of the bankruptcy proceedings, opened against the client, and appealed against all court decisions, which conflict with the interests of the client. Thanks to Jurimex lawyers, claims of creditors totaling more than 4 million hryvnias were rejected by the Court of Appeals, and later the financial recovery plan was approved, which enabled the client to restore his business very quickly.
