Jurimex lawyers represented interests of the large manufacturer of household appliances during pre-trial regulation of dispute on use of the trade network of goods, produced with the breach of the client’s rights to industrial sample.

Thanks to Jurimex the dispute was resolved before the trial began and the products, manufactured with the breach of client’s rights were voluntarily seized from the trade network.
