Jurimex advised a leading Ukrainian gambling operator on Ukrainian antimonopoly law issues while acquiring corporate rights of a non-resident company. The scope of services included support in concentration clearance obtaining from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

As per the contract, construed by the law of Great Britain, concentration was carried out  through the acquisition of shares of a non-resident company, owning a considerable share in the charter capital of the gambling operator that caused indirect control over it.

Due to the careful collection of information and proper preparation of required documents, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine issued the clearance in the shortest terms.
