The plaintiff allegedly suffered non-pecuniary damage caused by the actions of one of the journalists of Ukraine's largest media channel, and demanded a compensation in the amount of UAH 150 000, as well as UAH 850 000 from other defendants jointly. In general, the claim was far from being modest and was filed against 5 representatives of one of the most influential TV channels in Ukraine and news internet resource.

In addition to a significant amount of monetary compensation for non-pecuniary damage, the plaintiff's claim included the demand to declare the information inaccurate and rebut it, protect dignity, honor and business reputation.
