According to the results of tender "PPP Kherson Port & Lower Dnieper River", which was conducted in late 2016, Jurimex joined an international consortium and became an official advisor to the World Bank. Together with such authoritative companies as HaskoningDHV Nederland B.V., RebelGroup International B.V. and Informall Business Group, Jurimex acted as a legal advisor on issues of development of the port of Kherson and Lower Dnieper within public-private partnerships and concessions.

The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, which appealed to the World Bank for the development of transport infrastructure in the south of Ukraine, is a final beneficiary of consultancy services.

On 20 April 2017, Jurimex as part of the consortium participated in the presentation of two reports on "Pre-viability Assessment of PPP for Kherson Sea Commercial Port" and "Pre-viability Assessment of PPP for Lower Dnieper River Waterway".

Danylo Getmantsev, Honorary President of Jurimex, coordinated the project. Anna Antonenko, Ruslan Melnychenko and Yuliia Koval were also engaged.

The presentation occurred in Kyiv office of the World Bank in the presence of Daniel Pulido and Michel Audige (Washington), the representatives from the headquarters of the World Bank. Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Nadiia Kaznacheieva, representatives of the project office of PPP Yuriy Husyev, Artem Khoroshun, Taras Boichuk, Head of Kherson City Council Volodymyr Mykolaenko, and other representatives of international financial institutions, public bodies, local government and leading figures of big business also attended the event.
