Vita Tsynchyk, head of Labor Law Practice "Jurimex" spoke at the AgroPersonal 2.0 conference on February 28, 2018. The event was focused on professionals with the aim of gathering experts from all over Ukraine in the field of HR and staffing at one site and introducing representatives of agricultural companies with effective management and personnel management technologies.

Vita disclosed important issues in the changes in labor legislation, namely:

• who controls the compliance with the law and in what form;
• should report on inspection visits;
• what are the procedures for conducting inspection visits, non-visiting inspections;
• what are the main grounds for monitoring;

The conference participants had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from an expert on labor law.
