Lyubomyr Pitel - the head of the practice of land law and real estate law company "Jurimex" was a speaker at the conference "Transportation and Storage in the Agrarian Sector" on February 19, 2018.
Lubomyr presented the topic "Dimensional and weight control on the roads: the current state and legislative prospects".
The main issues that he revealed at the conference are:
- legal regulation of dimensional and weight control in Ukraine;
- existing weight limits (in the case of transportation of split cargoes);
- responsibility for exceeding weight parameters;- state bodies involved in the implementation of dimensional and weight control;
- features of wim technology.
Lubomyr Pitel also gave examples of current bills and fines for violations.
