The case concerns the illegitimate dispossession. The European Court of Human Rights considered the details of the case, recognized a violation of the provisions of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the lack of effective mechanisms for legal protection in the domestic legislation in this case, and obliged the State to pay compensation to the client. The Head of Corporate Law Sviatoslav Kibets handled the case.
