The Supreme Court of Ukraine granted the application of Road maintenance and construction department SE No. 100 State Joint-Stock Company Automobile Roads of Ukraine on reviewing the judgements of the Supreme Administrative Court and canceled judgement of October 14, 2013.

Recall, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine allows decisions to review the Supreme Court of Ukraine in very rare cases, because this is the last judicial instance in Ukraine.
