Jurimex successfully defended the interests of the parties to public procurement of services for repair of roads with total value of 300 million UAH in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine obliged the customer to cancel illegal, discriminatory decisions on decline of competitive bidding offer. The Head of Competition and Antitrust Maria Polischuk provided the legal services.
