Jurimex has successfully represented the claimant’s interests in a dispute with a business entity that has unlawfully excluded the claimant from its members.The reason for the dispute was that at a general meeting of business entity's members when taking the contested decision, the number of votes of a member who has not fully paid its share within one year from the date of state registration was wrongly reduced and not counted. During the court proceedings it was proved that the failure to take into account the vote of such member was unfounded and it was also established that there had been no quorum for the adoption of a decision on his exclusion.Based on the results of the proceedings, the Economic Court of Kyiv region satisfied the client’s claim and declared a decision of a general meeting members invalid.Legal support of the case was carried out by a lawyer, Head of Litigation and Arbitration Nina Kucheruk and lawyer Kateryna Beznoshchenko.
