XV International Scientific Conference titled “Concepts of Tax Codes. The Fifteenth Anniversary of the Center’s Activity” was held on September 25 – 27, 2016 in Bialystok, Poland. Danylo Getmantsev, a member of the European Association of Tax Law Professors, participated in the Conference with a report on “Codification of tax legislation of Ukraine”.

Professors and experts in taxation from Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Republic of Lithuania participated in the Conference session. The aim of the Conference was to review the ideas and experiences in scope of codification of tax law in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Within the confines of conference sessions, leading papers concerning experiences in the scope of taxation were regarded. The idea of the Conference is to review achievements of individual countries in the field of tax law codification – current situation and courses of changes.
