The Supreme Administrative Court refused to satisfy the complaint of the tax inspectorate in the case filed by Road maintenance and construction department SE No. 100 of State Joint Stock Company Automobile Roads of Ukraine on the cancellation of tax assessment notices for a total amount of UAH 1,473,343.The lower courts fully satisfied the claims of SE  Road maintenance and construction department SE No. 100 of State joint-stock company Automobile roads of Ukraine .
