The court upheld the application of Aviaservice LLC for fair compensation for UAH 25 million. The reason for appealing to the European Court of Human Rights was the illegal deprivation of ownership rights and the right to resolve the dispute within a reasonable time, by an independent court, of Aviaservice LLC.

The interests of the Aviaservice LLC were defended and preparation of documents performed by lawyers of Jurimex law firm.
