The law firm Jurimex has successfully defended the interests of the contributor in his dispute against the Deposit Guarantee Fund and its Authorized person on the liquidation of the OJSC "Bank Cambio".

As a result of the case consideration the District Administrative Court of Kyiv declared illegitimate the omission of the Authorized person of the Deposit Guarantee Fund in relation to the failure to include the claimant to the list of contributors, who are entitled to refund their investments to the OJSC "Bank Cambio". The court also obliged the Authorized person of the Fund to provide the information in relation to the claimant as a contributor, as well as obliged the Fund to approve the register of contributors according to the updated list which includes the claimant.

The  head of litigation of law firm Jurimex Nina Kucheruk and lawyer Denis Cherkasov represented the case in court.
