Our lawyers defended the rights of a famous Ukrainian TV channel in the case of the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation and moral damages. The claimants demanded to write a refutation of information that they believed was false, to apologize to them for its distribution, and to compensate for non-pecuniary damage. The court has proved the ungrounded nature of such claims, as well as the fact that the television channel acted exclusively within its own rights, while not exceeding the limits established by the current legislation.
