On May 15, 2018, the Verkhovna Rada passed a law that would completely change the realities of the activities of collective management organizations in Ukraine and significantly improve the material component of the protection of property rights, copyright and related. The law regulates all aspects of the UCU's activities from creation, development of tariffs to income distribution.
One of the key roles in developing the final version of the law was played by a group of Jurimex lawyers under the guidance of a leading partner Yuri Krainyak.
