div class="_1mf _1mj" style="text-align:justify;">On April 27, 2016, National legal debates on tax law were held in the Main building of Taras Shevchenko National University. The organizers of the debates were Jurimex law firm, NGO Association of Tax Advisers, Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, The European Law Students` Association (Kyiv), TaxLink and Bitlex. The purpose of the event was to identify the best students who are interested in tax law.
Teams, formed by the students of Law Faculties of Ukrainian higher educational institutions were invited to participate.
Four teams participated in the debates: 8th element (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv), Tax Advisors (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv), Tax Force (National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine), Principalis Lex (National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine).
The judges of the debate were: Natalia Blazhivska, judge of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, a member of the NGO Association of Tax Advisors, Vice President of the NGO Association of Administrative Judges; Yaroslav Romanchuk - Managing Partner of International Legal Center "EUCON", board member of the NGO Association of Tax Advisers; Andrey Havryliuk - Head of Tax Law division of the Legal Department of Group of Companies FOZZY GROUP, Deputy Chairman of Tax and Customs Audit Committee; Pryshva Nadiia - LL.D., Professor, Head of the Department of Financial Law of Taras Shevchenko State University of Kyiv; Kucherova Iryna - Ph.D. in Economics, member of the NGO Association of Tax Advisors, Second -Rank State Tax and Customs Advisor, Head of The Department of Administrative Appeals of SFS; Volodymyr Kravchuk,- judge of the Lviv District Administrative Court.
Tax Advisors (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv) were the winners of the debates. Fifth-year students Andrii Buznitsky and Irina Dubenska represented the team. -------------------- break --------------------Semifinalists and finalists of the National legal debates on tax law will receive numerous prizes from the organizers: one year of free access to the TaxLink platform; one year of free membership in the Association of Tax Advisors; free participation in the Association of Tax Advisors activities during the year; opportunity to gain experience from working in TaxLink Company.
