Jurimex law firm won competitive bidding for the procurement of services concerning development of legislative changes within the framework of the Access to treatment of HIV-positive people in middle-income countries project"UNITAID).

Recently, the Ukrainian Charitable Organization All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH announced competitive bids, the subject of which was the development of changes in property legislation and legislation on the circulation of medicines and legal support for advocating and the adoption of amendments to legislation aimed at increasing access to anti-virus medicines through the use of flexible provisions of the Agreement on trade-related aspects of intellectual property rights and the softening of the so-called TRIPS-plus provisions of the Ukrainian legislation.

According to the results of consideration of tender offers, Jurimex law firm is one of winners of these competitive bidding.
