II Annual Forum of Legal Advisors, organized by Yuridicheskaya Praktica Publishing in association with Jurimex law Firm was held in Premier Palace in Kyiv on October 23, 2014.

The event highlighted the issues, concerning judicial practice, consulting in taxation, tax disputes, intellectual property, bankruptcy, international trade and business protection.

Vita Forsiuk, Head of the Tax Department of Jurimex told about the tax agents liability in the context of judicial practice contradictions in the Section 2 ‘Tax disputes’.

Marina Slobodnichenko, Jurimex Partner, delivered a speech in the Section 4 ‘Legal aspects of business in the Crimea and Donetsk region’, about taxation aspects in transactions with the Crimean real estate.

 The representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, judges of the Supreme Court, Higher Administrative and Economic Courts of Ukraine, top-managers and heads of legal departments, partners of the leading law firms took part in the forum.

Awarding ceremony of winners of the ranking ‘50 leading legal departments of Ukraine", which defined the best legal services, leading legal advisors and heads of legal services ended the forum.

 Mrs Slobodnichenko awarded the department of the company ‘Kyivstar’ which was recognized the best department in telecommunications.
