Within the framework of collaboration of Jurimex law Firm with the National School of Judges of Ukraine, Danylo Getmantsev, Honorary President of Jurimex, PhD in Law, delivered a speech at the roundtable “Problems of reality, conclusion and termination of the land lease agreements” for judges of the High Specialized Court of Ukraine.

The topic of his speech was called “Legal essence of rent for public and communal property lands”.
