The starball logo, known as Starball, was submitted for copyright registration by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) as a two-dimensional visual product as early as 2016. The US Copyright Office denied twice the registration, and the US Copyright Appeals Chamber (CORB) recently confirmed its refusal.
