Lawyers of the company "Jurimex" represented the interests of the Ukrainian network radio station in a dispute over the protection of trademark and commercial name rights.

Thanks to the participation of Jurimex lawyers in this case, the court defended the rights of the client, and by the decisions of the appellate court, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine and the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the court prohibited the defendant from using trademarks in their activities, the rights to which belong to the client.
