Jurimex law firm has provided consulting services to the State Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) on the closed issue of the interest bearing bonds by Ukravtodor, secured by the state guarantees to the total amount of UAH 5 bln.

In particular, the firm’s experts prepared a project on the issue of three series of Ukravtodor’s bonds.

Also, in January 2013 Jurimex provided legal support of interest bearing bonds issue of Ukravtodor to the total amount of issue of UAH 14 bln.
