The law firm Jurimex assisted in the implementation of the project on factoring transactions conducted by the PJSC “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” and the PJSC “Trest Dniprodorbud”.

As a result of signing the factoring agreements, the PJSC “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” assigned his claim to the PJSC “Trest Dniprodorbud” in favor of the financial company. The implementation of such agreements allowed to prevent the “Dniprodorbud” company from the charge in the judicial proceeding, as well as to prevent it from the alienation of movable and immovable property, which would be extremely unfavorable for the company.
