The appeal was against exclusion from the public organization of participants, who had committed acts contrary to the statutory purpose of the organization that harm its reputation. Based on the results of case processing, the court of first instance dismissed the claim of participants, which were trying to challenge the decision of the organization. The court upheld the contested decision of the client and legitimacy of the claimants' exclusion.
