The reason for the claim was a journalistic investigation of the famous "Mriya" agroholding, which caused the dissatisfaction of its former owner. The plaintiff requested that the information be untrue and place the apologies on the TV channel. The Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv, by decision, found no violation in the actions of the channel and refused the lawsuit. Interests "Espresso" were represented by lawyers of media practice "Jurimex" under the direction of managing partner Yuriy Krainyak.
