Head of Labour law Vita Tsinchyk successfully defended the interests of the client in the lawsuit on cancellation of a fine amounted to UAH 1.4 million. The claim was to cancel the fine for civil contracts executed with individuals. The court fully satisfied the claim, cancelled a fine of UAH 1.4 million and ordered to return the amount of court fee to the client.
