State enterprise Road maintenance and construction department No.100 PJSCHAK Rouds of Ukraine reached the case int Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal with the helpof lawyers of Jurimex law firm. The Court of Appeal left in force the judgement of the court on cancellation of the tax assessment notices, with which the client had additional tax liabilities for a total amount of UAH 1,473,343.
