Danylo Getmantsev, Member of the European Association of Tax Law Professors, represents Ukraine at EATLP Congress 2017 that is taking place on 1-3 June in Lodz, Poland.
The primary issue of this year’s meeting of European Tax Law Experts is Corporate Tax Residence and Mobility.
The Committee, headed by Peter Essersa and Edoardo Traversa and other disputants, directs its attention to the discussion of tax residence issues, tax base shifting, transfer pricing and action plan on base erosion and profit shifting.
Danylo Getmantsev participates in the discussion on the current matters of the tax legal relations in Europe.
The event is organized by the Centre of Tax Documentation and Studies of the University of Lodz, which will be celebrating its 20th anniversary.
