On April 22, 2015 the Premier Palace hotel in Kyiv hosted a conference "Tools of yield enhancement of pharmaceutical companies during the crisis", organized by the «STADA» international pharmaceutical company.

Leading industry experts discussed new changes of the pharmaceutical market, issues concerning promotion and sale of pharmaceutical chemicals under conditions of current state regulation.

Maryna Slobodnychenko, Partner of Jurimex Law Firm, participated in the conference and made a report on "Chain letters" from AMK: response rules, performance, risks" discussing the relationship with the Antimonopoly Committee, consequences of non-performance of the marketing contracts recommendations, qualification of actions related to their performance, as well as the way of preventing violations.

Reports of experts caused lively discussion. And the fact that the hall was full indicates that everybody needs changes, regardless of any difficulties that might arise.
