Mariia Polischuk, Head of Competition and Antitrust of Jurimex spoke at II UKRAINIAN ANTITRUST FORUM and told about the features of anti-competitive behavior on travel market.

The report covered the problem of the most devastating effects of the competitive environment in this area - tour operators dumping. Mariia suggested several ways to solve this problem: by applying the regulations of Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine or by signing the rules of professional ethics concerning the competition on the tourism market by its participants. In addition, she raised the issue of implementation of European legal and financial strategies into national law in order to prevent price manipulation.
