Liubomyr Pytel, Head of Land Law and Real Estate of Jurimex law firm, appeared at the Conference of Agricultural Business (finances, management and law). The event was devoted to discussion of changes in the legislation of Ukraine regarding the conduct of agricultural business.

Liubomyr highlighted the topic “Alternative models of lending of agricultural enterprices: a bill, a forward, an agrarian letterhead”. In general, the conference raised issues such as governance, financing, lending, tax planning, land issues and legal protection of agricultural business.
