Jurimex provided consultations to the international satellite service provider on taxation of the licensing charges of Ukraine. The project included in-depth analysis of tax regimes in money transfers to non-residents for intellectual property objects use, and applied regulations of Great Britain and the range of international conventions.

The team for the current project joined associates of tax and intellectual property practices, coordinated by the senior lawyers Vita Forsiuk and Oksana Yefimchuk and led by the company's honorary president Danil Getmantsev.
