Jurimex successfully defended interests of a leading Ukrainian TV channel in a dispute about protection of business reputation.

The plaintiff demanded refutation of information which he had found unreliable. Economic Court of Kyiv dismissed the claim and stated that the TV channel had acted within its rights without violating the requirements of current legislation.
